Leadership Team
Chris Bluse
Senior Vice President
Chris has held various previous leadership roles where he had P&L responsibility for a multitude of energy infrastructure assets, led asset management initiatives, developed greenfield and brownfield projects, and executed more than $2bn in project financings. He was part of the asset management and finance teams at J-POWER USA, where he supported the development and operation of the North American IPP business, which included more than 3.5 GW of generation capacity.
Riza Jenkins
Vice President, Asset Management – Renewables
Riza Jenkins is the Vice President of Asset Management supporting renewable energy projects at PurEnergy LLC. Over her career, Riza has supported solar, wind, and battery storage assets across the US and internationally. Riza oversees a team of asset managers and technical professionals, focusing on the performance and reliability of renewable energy assets. Her leadership ensures that projects operate efficiently and meet financial and operational expectations.
Rob Watson
VP Asset Management
Rob Watson is the Vice President of Asset Management at PurEnergy LLC. They oversee a team of seven direct reports, including asset managers and a director of asset management. Rob’s leadership focuses on maximizing performance and reliability across various energy assets, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the company’s strategic goals.
Joel Lepoutre
VP Asset Management
Joel Lepoutre serves as the Vice President of Asset Management at PurEnergy LLC. Joel manages a team of five direct reports, comprised of asset managers and business analysts. Joel’s work centers on optimizing asset portfolio performance, offering support and oversight to ensure projects achieve financial and operational objectives.

Director of Financial
Andy Seelman is the Director of Financial Services and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He hold responsibilities associated with financial leadership and apply his CPA expertise in his role.
